Review of Samson and Delilah (2009) by Natalie T — 02 May 2009
One of those rare movies that stays with you long after you leave the cinema. Extremely powerful and thought-provoking. The amount of space in the scenes and in the dialogue worked perfectly. Highlights for me were the breathtakingly beautiful landscapes and the humour provided by Nana and Gonzo.
I hope this wins all of the awards it deserves. Well done, Warwick Thornton. Brilliant.
