LOVE this doc that critics hate. Watched it last night. My heart broke all over again for everyone who had/has a Dad who didn't come back all the way from WWII. Now understand Holden Caufield in a whole new Billy Pilgrim way.
And have a new understanding of why I was captivated by the Glass family when I read Salinger in the 60's. And why I am haunted by Esme. And why I must finish the novel I set aside when Elliott was diagnosed with his brain tumor.
