Review of Saints and Soldiers: The Void (2014) by Timbo B — 07 Aug 2014
This little entertaining film is like the "Little Engine that Could." It gets off to a slow start but once the action picks up you know where it is going. Funny is not usually something you'd say about a war movie but with Matt Meese of studio C, this movie has some good laughs.
The tanks are the real stars of this film about race, war and sacrifice. When the laughs fade and the lights turn on, what you'll remember is the lives that were lost to bring us freedom from tyranny and racial inequality.
