Review of Saint Joan (1957) by Paul D — 09 Aug 2013
This film has a strange mix of actors and comes across as being a stage play rather than a feature for the most part. Jean Seberg is well cast, Richard Widmark plays the royal Charles strangely although achieves the perception of cowardice in his performance, although it comes across as camp in modern times.
There's plenty of big name actors with smaller roles here too.
