Though the plot delivers a twist during the latter half of the story, it screams out a too-good-to-be-true Hallmark-ish kind of ending (as is typical of a Nicholas Sparks' works). Not that it's a bad thing though, but it wouldn't hurt to have a less predictable ending.
Acting-wise, Josh Duhamel and Juianne Hough deliver decent performance.
