Too bad that this movie had a good story to be based upon, but the acting and directing crew didn't make the best of it...in fact, they did less... Maybe with another distribution for Katie (Keira would have done greatly the job), and describing properly the most important parts of the story, the movie would.

Have been much greater.

The movie can not show the drama, the love, the intensity of the story. Josh succeeded in transmitting emotions, but Julianne did not..and the story seems broken into pieces, not flowing, not showing the most important. So..it is a romantic movie, but does not have at least half of "Notebook"'s intensity..it.

Is easy..partly fun, partly boring to watch. See it, as an easy Sunday movie, but not expect too much of it.
