Review of Safe (1995) by Codie E — 17 Oct 2007
The cental performance by Julianne Moore is an incredible acheivement in restraint and quiet agony, added to this is some incredible photgraphy and some interesting and unnusual debates about society and the environment.
But the pace is a little too slow and the film is around 20mins longer than it needed to be. 3 stars is a little harsh but on first viewing I couldn't warrant giving any more.
