Review of Sadgati (1981) by Sue A — 19 Apr 2009
I was surprised how much I enjoyed this as I was expecting it to be one of those old classics that I respect but don't really find any entertainment in. Fortunately, it's actually a great little tale, although I think it might have lost much of its impact with age.
I wasn't expecting such a straight-forwards murder cover-up story, anyway. Good stuff.
Personal enjoyment: 7/10.
Actual quality as a film: 8/10.
