Review of Sadgati (1981) by Nate B — 04 Oct 2009
A tough, but ultimately rewarding film. This movie shows what Burt Reynolds career could've been had he made more films with the role he is handed here. But none the less, it is still a miracle of a movie.
If this had been made nowadays and with a less capable director, it would be just another movie in and out of the local movie theater with little or no afterthought. As it is, this movies moral centerpoint still holds true on the choices we make in life, and the repercussions they have on our lives.
