I believe that fully 60% of all chinese movies are what they call "sweeping dramas" or "epic dramas." why is that? it all gets to be a bit much sometimes, don't you think? I wish they would stop taking themselves so seriously.

..lighten up, for god's sake. which pretty much is the sum total of my feelings on this movie. that, and i'm a Bigbig Fan of Bingbing Fan.
