Solid "who-dunnit" plot with an arguably unecessary ending. Arnie is great as the vetern DEA Squad leader and the cast are all suitably gung ho. it is a shame that, towards the end, the brotherhood sticking them together reveals itself to be paper thin.
Enjoyable none the less.
