How awful is this? An extremely over-the-top soap opera, the worst kind of melodrama there is, full of 'dramatic' scenes and lots and lots of suffering, of all kinds, with a final act that has nothing to do with the rest of the movie.
Not even Marion Coutillard's great acting can save this stinker.
