Racist, stupid and inane, RH3 takes all of the irrelevant fun out of the franchise while making Chris Tucker's character look like a huge putz. The plot is pretty thin, but that would be okay if Tucker and Chan weren't running around cracking racist jokes and perpetuating stereotypes.
Plus, they're both upstaged by an angry anti-American french cab driver. Really bad film.
