They left it 6 years for another sequel and in my opinion it was worth it and then some as lee (chan) and carter (tucker) go to paris to take down the triads after the assassination attempt on ambassador han after that they realise the source of their mission is to protect a young french dancer who knows the secrets of the triad past.
this movie got alot of critisism but I enjoyed it as the action and comedy level is picked up.
