Review of Rush Hour 3 (2007) by Nate G — 12 Apr 2012
My first though while watching this movie was... "Chris Tucker is getting way too old for this." My next thought was "At this pace, Jackie Chan could be doing this till he's 90." Translation: the comedy in this one tried to be way too young for it's cast and ended up pretty corny.
HOWEVER, Jackie Chan proves once again why he's THE best action choreographer/stuntman/actor we may ever see. His martial arts aren't as good as they come, but his creativity far outweighs any of his athletic short-falls (caused by his advancing years).
If you like great action you want to see this. You don't need your brain for this viewing. Just turn it off and enjoy the show.
