Follows so closely in the footsteps of its hugely successful predecessor and provides several opportunities for Tucker and Chan to do what they do best: Tucker performs comedy sketches, mostly unrelated to the plot, and Chan executes martial-arts fight scenes.
More than ready for a second rush of escapist fun.
