Review of Rush Hour (1941) by Allan G — 02 Jul 2012
These films work on a basic level due to Jackie Chan's general enthusiams to the films, and the chemistry he formed with Chris Tucker for the series.
It contains some nice set pieces showcasing Chan's martial art talent without overdoing it, but the plot line is fairly predictable, and Tucker gets old pretty quickly.
Not bad, but not worth writing home about either.
