Review of Rurouni Kenshin Part III: The Legend Ends (2014) by John D — 16 Jan 2015

I love the last part. It is a good way to end the trilogy and I enjoyed it. Much better than the predecessor, but I expected the same thing from the prequels. If you are an anime fanatic who also love the Samurai X series.

You will definitely love it. If you're just a movie goer who love films in general who criticized execution and acting, well sadly this is not for you though. I think they overact it a little bit.

Over dramatic acting and too many plot holes which is really unnecessary. But the well choreograph sword fights and martial arts scenes are very impressive. Without those shaky cams, the fight scenes are easy to watch.

Nevertheless, this is still an enjoyable flick for anime lovers and everyone. 3 stars out of 5.
