It delivers all the set-up from the 2nd movie perfectly, and ends the trilogy in a very strong note. It also delivers a poignant and powerful message, that doesn't only work for the titular character, but to audience as well.
.. "Your life is not yours alone". A must see for those who have seen the first two movies, because this one concludes Kenshin's arc beautifully.
