A very "climax rich" picture. Which is often a sign of a work's latent emotional power being over-milked by a creative person who's overeager to impress. This might be the case here or it might not.
Too close to call for me right now. All I can tell you is that, over-milked or not, I found this film to be both very engrossing and quite moving. If it's a trick, well then, I fell for it.
