Review of Running Out of Time (1999) by Chris S — 15 Sep 2007
While still a little absurd and rough on the edges, this movie provides enough laughs and thrills to keep you going. Andy Lau, like always, plays his character well and gives a fantastic performance, and To's twisting story keeps you guessing for most of the movie.
My complaint, though, is that the movie lacks the maturity and polish of To's later movies.
