After having watched it once, you know how everything is going to turn out and there really aren't any neat little clues or anything to look for a second time.
That being said, it's really well done for the first watch. Cusack is really slick. The writing, another Grisham piece, is smooth and subtle.
Hackman vs Hoffman is a great rivalry too.
