Review of Run Silent, Run Deep (1958) by Vincent H — 05 Dec 2008
As most war films of this era the concentration of the plot surrounds a ragtag crew overcoming odds to finally win the day against villainous enemy. Thankfully the film is filled with amazing actors filling the shoes of some interesting characters.
On top of that the film never stereotypes the Asian culture like many other films but shoes them in an honorable samurai type of light which is very advance from a film of 1958.
