Review of Run Fatboy Run (2007) by Raquel T — 24 Feb 2014
Simon Pegg is a fat guy and runs away from his fiance Thandie Newton on their wedding day. Years later, he finds her and tries to win her back when he finds out her new boyfriend is doing a marathon. He makes up a fake charity to run and then prepares for it even though he can't run very far.
He eventually makes it but it injured when her bf trips him and injures him. He still goes on injured in order to finish the race so he actually finishes something in his life. Not the best Pegg comedy I've seen, but not as horrible as I was led to believe.
A pretty basic comedy, but enjoyable nonetheless.
