Review of Run All Night (2015) by Chantal S — 02 Apr 2015
I knew from the trailer for Run All Night, that this was going to be a better than average Liam Neeson actioner. And I was right. The noir new york city setting is perfect for this style of film. It compliments an already great story.
Liam Neeson and Joel Kinnaman were amazing as father and son. The tension between the two was palpable, but I wish their past was fleshed out a bit more. The great Ed Harris, amazing as always was terrifying in his role.
Common surprised me the most, as a relentless hitman. Hes becoming a great actor, and was a hilight in this film. With great action and drama throughout and a heartfelt ending, Run All Night is highly recommended.
