Review of Run All Night (2015) by Dann M — 06 Aug 2015
Gritty and intense, Run All Night is an exciting crime thriller. To save his son mob hitman Jimmy Conlon kills the son of his boss, starting a war that threatens to destroy them all. Liam Neeson and Ed Harris give incredibly strong performances that are quite compelling.
And, the director does a good job at creating suspense and tension. Still, the plot's fairly predictable and some of the characters are underdeveloped. Though it's a little formulaic, Run All Night is entertaining and full of thrills.
