Run all night is a classic action-packed movie that consists of some predictable plot, good lines, and great acting moments. The actors and storytelling is phenomonal but what really brings this movie from five to three stars are the awkward scene transitions and cheesey action movie clichà (C)s. The introductions to the characters in the very beginning are confusing making deciphering the movie expositions annoying. The convolution of these character introductions do not in anyway stop the praiseworthy performances of the actors. The cast list is the unique and produced a fantastic result, the chemistry between father and son is also fantastic, and the relationship between Sean and Jimmy makes the movie worthwhile. Overall, a good movie that is desperately needed in the industry especially with a drought in movies lately.
