If you have enjoyed Liam Neeson's recent indie action movie rebirth then you will like this one. In terms of quality it is comparable to the first Taken but the writing is better such that you empathize more with the characters and really care about what happens to them.
I hope you are not scarred away by the crap critics reviews cuz this movie was highly entertaining. If you are looking for big over the top explosions, CGI and million dollar special effects this isn't the movie for you.
This is a classic tale played out with a better than average script and actors.
