Review of Run All Night (2015) by Alex A — 08 Jan 2016
Run All Night may be fairly predictable and not entirely original, but credit is due where credit is due, and subjectively, this was a highly entertaining, albeit imperfect film. The premise isn't as convoluted as the Tomatometer consensus states, and it's solidly executed with just the right amount of tension.
The performances are simply good, and the cinematography gives the film it's gritty and white-knuckle feel. As it stands, Run All Night has many familiar elements seen in other Liam Neeson actioners, but on its own its hella fun.
