(1991) Run.
THRILLER.
This is like a 1980's version of Jason Bourne which many people ( in this case the city) are after one particular person and that is Patrick Dempsy as Charlie as a result of an accidental death of a wealthy Don's son during a casino match, uncaused by him but wants him dead anyway because he's bullheaded ans is willing to pay a huge price on his head. Expect alot of far fetched things to happen but this was still the era when CGI wsn't used at all, just natural car crashing and jumping!
