When Sarah Huttinger (Jennifer Aniston) finds this out that her grandmother and her deceased mother was apparently involved with a mystery man she becomes determined to find out who he is. Things become complicated when she meets the man (Kevin Costner) and finds herself also drawn to him despite the fact that he could very well be her biological father.
The whole idea of Kevin Costner, whose character has slept with her mother and grandmother, is just plain creepy as is Sarah having sex with a man whom she believed could very likely be her father just a few hours before.
If you can get your mind around that, then you'll enjoy the few laughs what came from the feisty Shirley Mclaine who plays the sarcastic grandmother and Mark Ruffalo as the nice guy boyfriend who forgives all.
