Review of Rumble Fish (1983) by Michael O — 25 Dec 2008
One of Coppola's unsung best. The all-star cast is great all around especially Dillon, a very young thin and handsome Rourke, Lane, Hopper and Larry not Laurence Fishbourne. It's shot completely in black & white, which gives the film a better feel.
All the scenes with Hopper are excellent. This was surprisingly a very short film for Coppola.
