Review of Rumble Fish (1983) by Gustav L — 14 Feb 2009
Like stepping into a Bruce Springsteen song. Perfect visuals as always with Coppola, and exceptional acting from Mickey Rourke. Matt Dillon and Dennis Hopper are also great. It's even got a great fight scene.
Amazingly, the weak link is the script. It's hard to think it comes from the pen of the Godfather himself, as it is unclear and jumpy, and sometimes - god forbid - uninteresting.
