Matt Dillon plays a street kid who longs for the days of rival street gangs and rumbles and who looks up to his older brother, who is liked by everyone in the town. This movie was mostly boring and slow, and didn't really make a whole lot of sense.
Some of the acting was bad too. This one is not worth the time.
