Rules Don't Apply is a disappointing film. It is about the unconventional love story of an aspiring actress, her ambitious driver, and their eccentric boss, Howard Hughes. Lily Collins and Haley Bennett give terrible performances.
The screenplay is badly written. Warren Beatty did a horrible job directing this movie. I was not impressed with this motion picture.
