One of my favorite movies as a kid, best of the three Rugrats films in fact. I do feel Mimi's part was cut out of the party as Phil and Lil produced ooey gooey fart bubbles and ate off the floor. I felt a ton of heart with Chuckie and his scenes.
A surprising excellent soundtrack, a fitting plot, and perfect examples of irresponsible parenting make for this perfect kids movie.
