Review of Rubber (2010) by Brandon O — 30 Jul 2011
Rubber is one of those films that from the first kill to the end credits it just amazes you! Quentin Dupieux's talent for injecting a simple thesis subtlety into a comedy horror film about a psychotic tire that goes on a killing rampage is nothing short of amazing.
Not a movie for the average movie goer which is a shame because I feel like the message is intended for just that; the average movie goer. Funny, whimsical and basically bizarre on every level Rubber is a film that everyone should see.
If you don't get it watch it until you do!
