Review of Rubber (2010) by Andrew K — 08 Sep 2012
This film doesn't try to hide what it is. It is an excuse to show a psychic tire blowing things up with its telekinetic powers. There's no real plot. Even the quasi-plot is undermined by a pointless subplot that negates everything while going nowhere.
But it doesn't matter. It's fun. It's the kind of movie you would have on in the background at a party. You won't be missing anything if you miss a few minutes. Mindless fun.
