I love weird movies, and this is one of the weirdest. The movie starts off with a speech that tells you things are going to happen for "no reason", which is good, cause it gives you permission to not care and give up on getting an explanation.

The movie is just as much about a tire that goes on a psychic serial killing spree for no reason, as it is about the audience there to watch it and the people there to show it. For a movie that is mostly video of tire rolling, there are just so many well done details.

The effects, sound, filming, and acting are all good. It throws in so many details that are there for "no reason" other than to be interesting, and they are. What gave the tire life, was it human once, why is it killing, why is there an audience, why does the girl shower with the motel door open, why must the audience die, will the actors realize they are actors when the show is over, does the cop read his lines after the tire kills the motel manager because he's got his previous lines memorized from doing them so often but never got that far in the show before, is this a different dimension or reality or dream or life after death, is this the same show over and over with different audiences, are the cop and the worker going to come back for the next, is the tire in love with the girl, is the tire controlling all rubber it comes across, are more tire beings rising, what will they do in Hollywood, are they there in hollywood hoping their show careers will never end, was there ever an audience.

If there could be some kind of satisfying explanation, I would have given it an even higher score. But sadly, there is "no reason".
