Rajamouli is a master of his craft. Cements himself as one of the most imaginative directors in India. Subtlety isn't his forte, and he doesn't try to go for that. What you get instead is an insane balls to the wall action movie where the action hits even harder than it looks because of the way Rajamouli organically weaves in real emotions to hyper stylized action.
