Solid story and musical but is missing something. The best parts are Fred Astaire's musical numbers in the room, and the one where he dances with a coat rag. Those numbers are the ones that make this movie worth watching.
Not to crazy about Jane Powell's performance Judy Garland would had made a way better job and better movie, even June Allyson could had been a better option.
