Review of Rosencrantz & Guildenstern Are Dead (1991) by Daemon D — 13 Jun 2007
The brilliant script by Tom Stoppard (it was originally a play) is as densely packed with meaning and humour as Waiting for Godot! Tim Roth and Gary Oldman work superbly together and Richard Dreyfuss creates quite a distubing character which is a revelation to see.
So what of all this quintessence of dust? Alas, poor Yorick...I barely knew him...
