Despite having some creepy moments, this movie meanders and stumbles its way to a hackneyed, awkward ending. Shaving about 45 minutes off the running time would have helped. To the movie's credit, Mia Farrow did her share of the heavy lifting, and more.
Everyone else seemed to be uncomfortable on screen.
