Review of Rosemary's Baby (1968) by Andrew K — 02 Sep 2012
For it's time I can see why it made such a huge impact with it's audience with the whole praise satan dialogue. However, as a movie I found the character development to be predictable and sloppy while taking way way way too long to establish observations you had made 20 minutes earlier.
The story line was coherent and did build some suspense as you ponder whether the main protagonist is truly sane but was overall very underwhelming and in the end just painful to watch.
