Review of Rope (1948) by Kate P — 28 Feb 2009
80 minutes. 8 shots. "One" take.
Astounding. As thrilling as the real-time unraveling of the plot is, this works as an even larger and more important story which thoroughly inculpates those who feel that there is a superior strata of humanity, and that inferior humans can be done away with. James Stewart is awesome as usual.
