Review of Rope (1948) by Angel Emilio V — 19 Feb 2012
The real show in this movie is Brandon (John Dall) and Philip (Farley Granger). I thought James stewart was going to be superb, but there was something cheesy on his acting, only at the end his acting is... better (we could say that). But, don't let the acting fool you, because the movie is very good: The dialogue, the story and the speech that Rupert (James Stewart) says at the end.
