Review of Rope (1948) by Vinodhan S — 31 Aug 2014
A truly interesting film. It could have been better (the potential for (even more) audience tension throughout the movie is given away in the first few seconds, and James Stewart is terribly mis-cast, in my opinion) but the interesting premise, the not-so-subtle undertones and clever filming make for an entertaining and thought-provoking movie experience.
