It has some interesting ideas, but most of them are rather silly. I believe that if you look at any movie you will see patterns and hidden meetings. The reason why Stanley Kubrick is given the most attention is because his films are huge puzzles and hidden meanings that are far from what we can fully comprehend.
It's sad to hear that some of these people who talk in this documentary have dedicated their life to figuring out The Shining, when in the end it's no good, Stanley Kubrick has the last laugh and The Shining will have audiences puzzled for years to come.
