Less a "documentary" on the making of Kubrick's THE SHINING, and more of a fascinating round table discussion about themes, subliminal messages, conspiracy theories and directorial intent found within the 1980 masterwork, ROOM 237 draws you in with its wild hypotheses offered up by disembodied voices and proves that art is subjective and everyone's take deserved to be heard.
