It's hard to discern whether this documentary is winking at you or its subjects, who have all kinds of crazy conspiracy theories about the hidden meanings behind Kubrick's The Shining. One suggests it's about the Holocaust, another suggests it's about the plight of the Native Americans.
The most bizarre theory suggests that Kubrick is trying to reveal to his audience his participation in the "faked" footage of the Apollo 11 moon landing (!?). It's all curious entertainment, but is the director laughing at his interviewees? I know I was.
